Glossier Just Hit Sephora: 3 BEST Glossier Products Worth Trying Out

By: Adlyn O

Ever since Glossier has been on the scene, you could only buy their products from one of two places - their online store and their physical stores.

That is, until now.

Glossier just hit Sephora stores, and now that their products are so accessible, I’m sure you’re wondering what the best Glossier products are.

I totally get it.

Glossier is cool and all, but you definitely don’t want to waste any money on something that isn’t worth it - especially not in this economy.

So today I’m going to share 3 of the best Glossier products you can get your hands on in 2023.

3 BEST GLOSSIER PRODUCTS TO TRY OUT

1: The Perfecting Skin Tint

Glossier’s skin tint definitely has a mixed reception, but I think everyone’s experience with the skin tint is colored by what they expected from it.

So I’ll be completely transparent about what this product does and what it doesn’t do.

If you’re looking for a more full-coverage or even medium-coverage foundation that will cover every pimple and acne scar, this flat-out isn’t the product for you.

I would even go so far as to say that Glossier as a brand may just not be your cup of tea.

The skin tint will help you even out your face’s skin color. It’s not really meant to hide blemishes.

It’s a great product if you’re always on the go and just need a pop of color before you head out. It’s also great if you prefer a more natural look.

2: Stretch Concealer

Glossier’s pot concealer is another product that’s worth trying out. It’s Olivia Rodrigo’s concealer of choice, and there’s a good reason for that. Its creamy formula feels more like lotion than makeup. When it’s applied, it blends almost effortlessly.

Even though this is technically a concealer, I wouldn’t expect too much when it comes to covering skin texture if that’s your aim. Even though it’s way more successful at covering up small blemishes than the skin tint, I’ll be honest in saying that it’s not really a huge selling point.

If your objective is mainly covering up blemishes and skin texture, you may be better off with another concealer.

However, where this concealer really shines is in brightening up the skin and giving you an incredibly natural and dewy finish. It can be a great product for dark under eyes and for other parts of your face that you may want to brighten up.

3: Glossier’s Ultra Lipstick

Glossier’s Ultra Lipstick is for everyone who loves the idea of lipstick but doesn’t like the aggravating texture that a lot of lipsticks have.

Some matte lipsticks can be incredibly drying, and some tube lipsticks can be too thick to be truly comfortable. It’s not as drying as a matte lipstick, but you always know it’s there.

That’s not the case with Glossier’s Ultra Lipstick. It feels more like a non-sticky lip gloss than a lipstick but has all of the pigment that you’d want for everyday wear. And if one swipe doesn’t satisfy you pigment-wise, it’s very buildable, so you can apply more layers without detracting from your look. Like other Glossier products, the UltraLip also provides a very natural finish.

So what’s next?

Glossier has some amazing products, but managing your expectations for the best experience is important. Its products don’t provide the best full-coverage looks out there, but they were never meant to.

If you’re open to a more natural finish and a lighter coverage look, Glossier is worth checking out.
